The whole of Staffordshire, from Stoke-on-Trent and Leek in the north down to Kinver in the south, and we cross the borders into the north and west of the West Midlands and the east of Shropshire — Walsall, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Stourbridge, Telford and Shifnal among them. We stop short of central Birmingham. If you're not sure, ask: if we can't reach you we'll say so rather than waste your time.
