The Detailed Valet is for a car that needs more than a clean but does not want a machine anywhere near it. Leased cars, cars being handed back, soft or delicate paint, and anything where the inside has had a genuinely hard life. You get the cabin cleaned properly and the paint chemically decontaminated, which is what makes the finish feel smooth again rather than merely look washed.
If the paint has visible swirls or has gone flat in the sun, decontamination alone will not change that — only a machine polish will — the Gloss Enhancement for the shine, or a Stage 1 correction to take the swirls out. If the outside is fine and it is only the cabin you care about, the Interior Reset covers the same interior work for less.
Three and a half to four and a half hours. The decontamination is chemical rather than mechanical — iron fallout dissolved out of the paint and wheels, tar softened off the sills and lower panels. There is deliberately no clay bar: claying is abrasive, and on a car we are not then polishing it can leave fine marring behind. The interior is the bigger half of the job.
