Pay on the day,

Nothing up front and nothing to pay until the work is done and you have walked round it. We take the card on our reader before we leave — chip and PIN, contactless, or a phone or watch. Bank transfer if you would rather.

What happens next
Sending the form doesn't lock you into anything. It starts a conversation, and nothing is confirmed until we've both agreed the price and the date.

We come back to you, usually within the hour, to confirm we can do the date and to give you an exact price for your vehicle rather than a range.

If anything about the job needs discussing — heavier correction, a colour that needs care, access at the address — we'll raise it then rather than on the day.

You get a confirmed slot with an arrival window. No deposit is taken and nothing is charged until the work is done.

We arrive with our own power and water, work at your home or your workplace, and walk you round the finished car before we leave.

Before you book
No. Nothing is taken up front and nothing is charged until the work is finished and you've seen it. If you're not happy with something, tell us before we pack up and we'll put it right.
Access to the vehicle and somewhere reasonable to work around it — that's it. We carry our own power and water, so we need nothing from the house. If you're in a flat or on a narrow street, mention it when you book and we'll work out the best spot.
Yes. Let us know as far ahead as you reasonably can and there's no charge. Slots for correction and coating work are long ones, so a bit of notice on those genuinely helps us fill the day.
It does not stop us. Washing and decontamination happen wet anyway, and for machine polishing and ceramic coating we put a vehicle gazebo over the car and work under cover, which is why those jobs go ahead in the rain rather than being chased around the forecast. Hard frost is the exception — below freezing we'll call and move you rather than rush it. There's never a charge for a weather move.
Then don't pick one. Choose whichever looks closest, or send us photos, and we'll tell you honestly what your car actually needs — including when the cheaper option is the right one.
A maintenance visit is 1 – 2 hrs, a Full Valet 2 – 3 hrs, a Detailed Valet 3 – 4 hrs, and correction with a coating a full day or more. We'll confirm the window when we come back to you, so you can plan around it.
